… and that’s life.

Sometimes, you just need to sit with it — the feeling, the memory, the weight of it all. There’s no easy way to let it go, but maybe you don’t need to. You might carry it with you for a while, for years even, because some things are simply a part of you now.

They’re like moments that pass quickly but leave a mark.

Few connections are only meant for today.

They come quietly, unannounced.

Sometimes, they leave you with questions, other times with a heavy heart.

But the truth is, not everything is meant to stay. And maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be.

You don’t always need to make sense of it.

You don’t need someone to give you advice.

You don’t need someone to tell you their story so that you can understand what lesson it might hold.

And no matter how hard you try to forget, some connections linger.

You can’t push them away, and maybe you don’t want to.

There’s nothing to do but let it be — allow it to settle in your heart, knowing it was never meant to stay.

And yet, it stays with you in its own way, shaping the way you move forward.

Sometimes, you just hold on because that’s all you can do. Not because you’re waiting for something to change, but because letting go isn’t always about forgetting. It’s about understanding that some connections are meant to live in your memories, in quiet moments, and in the spaces between what was and what is.

… and that’s okay.
